Intuitive Spiritual Healing
Energy Healing
"Energy is action and movement. All action is movement and all action
is energy.
All desire is energy. All feeling is energy. All thought is
energy. All living is energy. All life is energy. If that energy is allowed to flow without any
contradiction, without any friction, without conflict, then that energy, is boundless, endless. When there is no
friction there are no frontiers to energy. It is friction which gives energy limitations. So, having once
seen this, why is it that the human being always brings friction into energy?
Why does he create friction in this movement which we call life? Is pure
energy, energy without limitations just an idea to him? Does it have no reality"?

Energy Healing

One of the components that Sindy's Intuitive Spiritual Healing is comprised of
is energy. Sindy was first introduced to the concept of Energy Healing when she took a course in
Reiki. Prior to this she really had no clear idea of what energy healing was all about. She has subsequently learned there are many modalities of energy healing such
as Reiki, Qigong, Chios, and Violet Light just to name a few.
Energy Healing has been around since ancient times and has been widely used in the Eastern
countries. It is only in recent years that the Western world has
started to embrace Energy Healing as a viable form of treatment and have begun to integrate this with the more
conventional methods of healing.
The premise behind energy healing is to “run” different forms of energy through your body to
assist in removing and clearing energy blockages. Energy blockages
can be in the form of simple aches and pains in your body to more serious diseases such as
cancer. To “run” energy means to visualize this happening,
different energy will have different colors. There is much debate as to
what the different colours of energy mean, but in Sindy's experience, she has found no direct link between
the colour being used and any specific ailments. She simply applies that which she is guided to use and
trusts that it is the appropriate colour for the individual involved.
Energy healing therapy and techniques will differ depending on each practitioner’s personal
experience and generally what works best for them. Sindy has worked
with Reiki and Qigong and has been intuitively guided to use many other forms of healing
energies. Her personal techniques do not limit her to using one modality but encompass all that she
is guided to use. It was most inspiring for her to hear about "Adam" the Dream Healer who speaks of energy
healing in a similar way.
When working with energy, Sindy first performs a scan to detect what she calls
energy blockages (she believes that energy blockages, physical and emotional pain are all intrinsically
linked). The scanning can be done in person or long distance (a photograph of the person,
pet, home or work place is very useful to get a deeper connection when working long distance, but this is
not always necessary as Sindy is still able to make a connection).
When working with people or animals Sindy experiences the energy blockages in her own
body while she is scanning their body. She is then given guided visualization to help
release the blockages and continues this process until she feels the release in her own body and feels a free
flow of energy in her client. The guided visualizations are always unique to the individual as she
believes the images and energy forms she uses come directly from the client involved.
Spiritual Healing Arts - Reiki
Energy
Reiki Energy is thought to have been around for thousands of years and there is much debate as
to its exact origins. However, the line of Reiki that Sindy Taylor
has been attuned with is said to have had its origins in 1921, when it was first experienced by a man named
Midao Usui.
It is said that the word Reiki was actually an adjective that Mr. Usui used, attributing the
source of this energy to his ancestors. In Western translation
however, the word Reiki is seen as being made up of two Japanese words Rei and Ki. In that Rei can mean “supernatural force or spiritual intelligence” and Ki can
mean “life energy”. Thus Reiki is often described in the West as “spiritually guided life force
energy”.
As each color in the rainbow is actually a different frequency or vibration of white light,
the Reiki ray can be considered a range of vibrations of the Universal Energy or The Light. (Excerpt taken by permission from Richard R. Rivard, B.Sc. Threshold Reiki
First Degree).
Reiki energy is applied to a person using different hand positions around the body; it can be
applied through physical touch or with the hands hovering above the area to be healed. In Sindy;s opinion the intention of visualizing and transmitting Reiki energy
play a big role in Reiki Healing. People who are sensitive to
energies will quite often experience warmth, coolness or tingling sensations, while others may feel nothing at
all. It is important to know that regardless of whether you feel
anything or not, healing is still taking place.
In the early days when Sindy first started applying Reiki energy to heal others, she realized
that she was automatically being drawn to, or guided to people’s various ailments of which she had no prior
knowledge. The more she practiced the art of Reiki the more she
realized that she was doing much more than just Reiki Treatments, although she did not understanding exactly
what it was that she was doing, she stopped questioning and just simply allowed the process to
expand. This knowingness continues to grow with time as do her
abilities to new realms of healing techniques.
Spiritual Healing Arts - Qigong
Qigong (pronounced Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese healing modality, which again has been
around for many centuries. It is a self-healing art that combines
movement and meditation. Visualizations are a key component to
connect and enhance a mind and body connection.
When working on others, Qigong energy is first built up within a practitioner’s body through
exercise. This is the process of combining movement, visualization
and meditation to generate energy. Once sufficient energy has been
generated it is then transmitted to the recipient. The down sides
to this mode of healing is it causes the practitioners own energy to get depleted and he/she must then repeat
the exercise process to regenerate his own energy.
Although trained in the art of Qigong, Sindy does not often use this modality of healing in
her practice.
